A streamlined, mix-and-go transfection and expression workflow built around a chemically defined, serum-free medium and an optimized PEI based transfection reagent, plus on-target enhancers/booster and a single-feed strategy. Designed for high-density suspension cultures and direct scale-up from deep-well plates to bioreactors. 

• Speed & titer: Rapid expression kinetics with early high titers (e.g., >1 g/L Day 3; >3.5 g/L Day 7 in CHO).
• High efficiency at high density: Optimized for CHO (CHO-K1, CHO-S, ExpiCHO-S) and HEK293 lines, supporting robust expression of mAbs, Fc fusions, bispecifics, antigens, cytokines, and enzymes.
• Simple, scalable workflow: No centrifugation, dilution, or pre-incubation—a true one-pot approach that scales from µL screens to bioreactors without re-engineering.

1. Seed high-density CHO or HEK293 suspension culture.
2. Add DNA + Transfection reagent directly—no pre-complex incubation.
3. Enhance & feed according to schedule; optional booster for demanding constructs.
4. Harvest from Day 3–7 depending on target and desired titer.
